Breanne

Lead Medical Office Administrator

Breanne was born and raised in North Bay and graduated from Nipissing University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. She has worked with other ophthalmologists in the past. Since working at ESNO, Breanne has discovered a new found passion being a medical administrative assistant. She aspires to have a long successful career in the medical field.

Cassandra

Medical Office Administrator

Cassandra was born and raised in North Bay and graduated from community and justice services at Canadore College. Having previously worked in a variety of different offices, she found interest in the medical field and strives to help others as an administrative assistant. She has become an invaluable part of our ESNO team.

Courtney

Surgical Coordinator

Courtney grew up in Orillia, and moved permanently to North Bay in 2009. Her passion for the medical field began in 2015 when she was hired as a polysomnographic technician and she has been involved in helping patients ever since.

She has graduated from the Centennial College Ophthalmology course. Courtney is proved to be an integral part of the ESNO team, and has been promoted to the position of Surgical Coordinator.

Jenny

Lead Ophthalmic Technician

Jenny grew up on the outskirts of North Bay.  She has successfully obtained dual certification from Centennial College as a Personal Support Worker (PSW), as well as an Ophthalmic Medical Technician. After working as a PSW for over 10 years, she has transitioned into the ophthalmic field.

Rebecca

Ophthalmic Technician

Rebecca may originally be from Kansas, but she has called Canada home since 2011. She graduated from Baker University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in marketing.  In the fall of 2022, she decided it was time for a career change when she moved to North Bay and joined us as an ophthalmic technician.

Jocelyn

Patient Flow Coordinator

Jocelyn was born in Espanola, ON and moved to North Bay in 2000. She graduated the Medical Office Administration program with Honours in 2013, where she immediately started her career as a clerk at the NBRHC. Since then, she has taken on the full-time position of Medical Office Administrator for the ESNO office, and now as a Patient Flow Coordinator. She thoroughly enjoys interacting with all the patients and looks forward to continuing her career with the ESNO team.

Ashley

Medical Office Administrator

Ashley was born and raised in North bay. She graduated from CTS with her Medical Admin, as well as her Law Clerk certification. Ashley finds joy in helping others and creating a positive atmosphere for both staff and patients.

Amanda

Ophthalmic Technician

Amanda was born and raised in North Bay. She graduated from the PSW program at CTS Canadian Career College in 2003 and started working as a community homecare PSW. In September 2022 it was time for a change and she joined our ESNO team as an Ophthalmic Technician.

Mandy

Ophthalmic Technician

Amanda was born and raised in North Bay and she graduated from the PSW program at Canadore College in 2012. After entering her eleventh year providing direct care as a PSW,  she was ready to expand her knowledge in the healthcare field by becoming an Ophthalmic Technician.
